Owners: John and Susan Kastelen. Established for 30 years as processors and caterers. Susan’s favourite cuts of beef are Ribeye Stks or Prime Rib.

Favourite Recipe: Roast Beef:  Preheat oven to 500 °C.  Place a thoroughly thawed and seasoned roast in a roaster.  Cover and cook for 7 min for each pound of meat.  Turn oven off and let cool in oven for 2 hrs. No peeking!!! Susan’s favourite seasoning is salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder
